Xander Onishi is an incredibly intelligent, yet unmotivated young man with simple ambitions in life, a good retirement plan. The man acts very professional when working as an agent, but like a typical college dropout when ‘off the clock’. He enjoys activities that work his mind such as video games, chess, and reading. Though smart and tactical in his thinking, Xander usually dreads having to go to work, especially if he’s ‘called in’ at the last minute. While may would see the life of a secret agent as a dream job, it's just a big paycheck to Xander.
Though a college dropout, Xander is incredibly intelligent, being able to solve puzzles and mysteries with ease. His deductive abilities are considered to be above professional levels. This was perhaps the primary reason he was recruited by the agency. In truth, he simply lacked the motivation to do well in school. The young man simply didn’t enjoy learning things that he didn't find entirely enjoyable or interesting.
When on the job, the last thing Xander likes is an annoying tag along. While sometimes other people can provide helpful information, the majority of folks (especially younger), are a hindrance. To help clear his mind, only one thing really does the trick, a good smoke.

Xander is a very average-looking young man who stands at an average height and bodyweight. His build while not incredibly muscular isn't very fat either, again putting him in the middle of the road looks-wise. The young man has short black hair that often gets a blue tint to it due to lighting situations. This hair style goes well with his incredibly deep blue eyes which are probably his most defining feature.
While a very normal human on the outside, he is anything but this on the inside. Both his spine and skull were given cybernetic replacements made from some newly discovered metal called 'Katchin' somewhere in the galaxy. On top of this, his rib cage, hands, forearms, shins, and feet were also cybernetically modified. The icing on the cake was a second heart, not on the right side of his chest, but the left. This heart was an infinite energy power supply for his combat and tactical protocols.
When not on the Job, Xander wears an assortment of casual clothes such as comic-Ts, sweat pants, and slippers. He exudes 'regular college student' to a fault. While working however, the man can be seen in an assortment of suits, ties, and sunglasses. He could easily pass for a personal bodyguard or detective of some kind, which in fact he is.
History:
Family: Disappointed Father: Dave Onishi, Disappointed Moster: Sarah Onishi, Siblings: Twelve Unnamed Siblings who are all liked more than Xander.
Home world: Earth
Starting planet: Earth
Home Town: East City
Xander Onishi was born to Dave and Sarah Onishi in East City eighteen years ago. He was the seventh child to the pair, coming in dead middle as six other siblings were soon born after him. Growing up with so many siblings wasn't easy, as splitting attention between multiple children was hard for two lawyers. His parents did their best in raising each child, though they could tell something was different about Xander. Unlike his siblings, the boy was simply unmotivated and had no real desires in life. Despite this lack of ambition, he was still incredibly intelligent, which would put his father at ease.
The young boy would grow up as many did, playing video games and staying inside. Due to the sheer number of other kids, his parents would often be far too busy to stop him anyhow. Ignoring most of his class work, but doing exceptionally well on tests, the now teen would manage to make his way through highschool with average grades. Though pleased with himself, his parents had expected more, saying his eldest brother did far better back in the day.
Once free from Highschool, he was offered a small scholarship to East City Community College. While not really interested in the schooling, it would be an excuse to move out, so he would take it. After attending just three classes, Xander would find himself dropping out and getting a job at 'Jaxs Pizza'. There he would work shift after shift delivering pizzas across town. Eventually, his parents would discover he had dropped out of school, and never look at him the same.
With only a meager pizza delivery job under his belt, making ends meet would be hard. His life would forever change however when an army recruiter burst into his shop with a bunch of fliers. "Earth's Military is recruiting every able bodied man or woman it can get! With the backing of Capsule Corp. and the former Red Ribbon army, you'll be joining the strongest fighting force known to man! There's also a large signing bonus..."
The large signing bonus intrigued him just enough to take a look at the flier, and sure enough Xander was enticed. Heading to the recruiter's office after work, he would fill out a few forms before taking a written test of some kind. Apparently, he had been the first to ever score this well on the test and was applicable to partake in a brand new program. Seeing that it paid significantly better, and offered incredible retirement benefits, the young man had no choice but to sign up.
The teen would have to meet a man wearing a suit on the rooftop of East City Hospital. It was a strange place for a meeting, but Xander just assumed it was due to sensitive work. That was partially true, as the moment he saw the man, a noxious fume would render the teen unconscious. While he was passed out, men in lab coats would bring him to a special room on the top floor of the facility. Both Capsule Corp. and Red Ribbon logos would be seen on the jackets of doctors who began to operate on him. After twelve long hours, the procedure would be complete.
Xander would wake up back on the roof, a few feet away from the agent he had seen earlier. The man would wave his hand above the teen's face "Yo kid? You alright? I think ya blacked out there for a second..." He was in fact fine, but could feel a strange pain across his body like something drastically changed. Behind the agent on the roof was a large booth. "Alright kid, orientation time. Hop in."
Following the man's word, he would make his way into the booth and take a seat across from a small TV. The screen would suddenly flash on and begin speaking "Welcome to the Agency, X-13. You have just unknowingly signed up for the most advanced and secretive branch of the military. We have no true name, but a purpose..." Xander would allow the woman to continue, still feeling that strange pain. "I'm sure in recent years you've heard of martial artists. While once simple sportsmen, they are now dangerous warriors capable of destroying entire city blocks. History tells us they can do even worse things than that, but it was never recognized as truth until now. This is what WE do. We are the ones who keep these fighters in line. We ensure they don't use their powers to exonerate themselves from Earth's laws. As a member of the Agency, you will act as a law-enforcement officer and detective in cases that involve these 'special' warriors. Any questions."
The teen could tell everything said was dead serious, but he did have one big question for the woman. "So... Um... This might be an obvious question, but how do you expect me to take on one of these martial artists? If they can blow up city blocks and beat entire armies single handedly, what could I possibly do against them?" The woman seemed to smile, pleased that that was his only question in response. "If I give you the answer to that question? Will you agree to work for us on a 10 year contract?" Xander would think for a moment "Fine. It's as good a job as any." The woman would almost laugh as she hadn't expected an answer that quickly "Very well then... Capsule Corp. and former Red Ribbon scientists have developed a process to turn our agents into fighting machines as well. While you were unconscious, we cybernetically modified you into a living weapon... Now that you know, your first mission starts Tuesday, Agency headquarters can be found underground near 5th street. Be there early and dress sharp, we can go from there." Dumbfounded Xander would have nothing to say except "...O-okay?"

Roleplay Example:
After his first day on the job that felt like some kind of acid trip, Xander would find himself heading to 5th street for his first mission. Joining the Agency wasn't the best choice practically, but it had large financial benefits. Besides, had he declined they would have torn his skeleton out, probably. He still wasn't too sure how these guys operated yet. As instructed, he was wearing his best suit, a dark blue vest with slacks and a tie. Finishing his walk to the secret passage on 5th street, Xander would bend over to knock exactly five times on a manhole. Doing so caused the entrance to open up into a long tube which he would have to slide down. "A giant slide? Really? One would think they had something a little more discrete."
Shrugging to himself, Xander would jump into the opening and slide down into a large white facility of some kind. All sorts of men in suits were moving about. Some were wearing suits like his, others were in lab coats or wearing Capsule Corp. logos. The place must have been sponsored by them or something. Before long, another suit wearing individual would point out the newcomer "Hey, new guy. The director is upstairs, she'll be going over your first assignment." The teen would give him a nod before making his way up to the office. Sitting down in the room would be the woman from before, an older woman with dark red hair. "So you've finally arrived X-13. Have a seat, we've got an easy first job for you."
Xander would sit with a smile, easy was his middle name. Then again, what exactly did 'easy' mean in this line of work. "I trust you've been getting use to the new body?" He had almost forgot. The Agency had cybernetically enhanced his body! The pain from the previous day had gone, but he never noticed a real change. "Oh, that. I think I have. I don't really know how it works yet..." The woman would nod a bit "That's exactly why you're in my office today. We'll be going over your new body's full capabilities."
After what seemed to be an hour long explanation, Xander had been regaled on the massive amount of weaponry and gadgets integrated into his body. Apparently he would receive more upgrades as needed. "And don't forget this badge and gun. The badge ranks you as an upper member of earth's military police, and the gun fires bolts of your core's energy rather than bullets. Packs more of a punch that way... Keep them both concealed unless the need arises." The teen would take each object before pocketing them. "Now, for your first assignment. There's a martial arts school that goes by the name 'Crane School'..."
