War, war never changes... Within the last few centuries the post-apocalyptic wasteland know as America saw more combat than ever before. The Brotherhood of Steel defeated the Enclave in a battle for American soil. The New California Republic fought back against the Legion's onslaught over hover dam, and took victory for a price. Only fifty years ago, the New England Commonwealth was shaken by the destruction of the Institute, and it's defeat at the hands of a brave local militia...
Timeline 2288-2337
- Year 2278-2281: After defeating the Institute, the sole survivor retired as general of the Minutemen. Luckily, a man now known as General Dave took his place. Under the new general's leadership, the New England Commonwealth would quickly begin to rebuild their once great society. The number of Minutemen, and locations they controlled would skyrocket during this time. It would only take three years for a new CPG (Commonwealth Provisional Government) to be formed under the new general's leadership.
- Year 2281-2285: Seeing that the commonwealth was free of the once quite prevalent synth menace, and had established their own military force, the Brotherhood of Steel would return to Washington DC with their Airship to begin rebuilding the capital wasteland.
- Year 2288: Surviving members of both the Enclave and Institute would meet one another. Being like-minded individuals, they would come together forming the New Order.
- Year 2289-2294: Sometime after defeating the Legion, and gaining control of the New Vegas strip, the NCR would continue expansion to the east and south. While fractured, the remnants of the Legion would retreat north. Rumor has it that they were secretly beginning to consolidate power.
- Year 2295-2300: Word of a new military organization begins to spread across the wasteland. A large group of newly-surfaced vault dwellers in the Midwest commonwealth have set up a large military encampment that files Vault-Tec flags.
- Year 2301-2307: A scouting party from the NCR makes first contact with the Commonwealth Minutemen. The current NCR president met with General Dave in person to form an alliance between their two organizations. During this time, great strides in automobiles were made. This allowed for the establishment of the Wasteland News Service (WNS), and much quicker travel across the country.
- Year 2308-2313: The NCR finally arrive in Texas where they begin to wage war against the Brotherhood of Steel for territory. Upon hearing of this event, the Brotherhood Outcasts rejoin the original organization. The faction is whole once more, and the commonwealth is defended fiercely.
- Year 2314-2320: After sometime, the Minutemen would successfully occupy the entire commonwealth of New England. Boston would grow from a toxic wasteland to a massive city of scrap. Without anything left to conqueror in the commonwealth, the general would set his sights on the Eastern Commonwealth Directly below him.
- Year 2321-2327: The fighting over Texas would come to a sudden end as members of Caesar's Legion joined in the fray. Their army lacked skill and weaponry, but made up for it with sheer power and numbers. The Brotherhood would be forced to retreat to the Capital Wasteland, and the NCR would be pushed back to the west.
- Year 2328-Present Day: The New Order reveals their presence over a national radio broadcast! Using a large army of newly created synth soldiers, the order defeated a large horde of Legionaries in the Plains Commonwealth. While many believe them to be fighting for good, considering they legion raiders, the older folk of the Wastes had heard the horror stories. Many more would come to distrust and despise them.
